Sister Bear started off our Thanksgiving celebrations with Indian day at school.

We had our first Thanksgiving Feast with the E Family. It was fun for my kiddos to get to play with all of their cousins. For the Thanksgiving weekend we celebrated with the F Family. We had a very nice Thanksgiving, and again it was fun to see all of the family. However, Papa Bear's Gpa was placed in the hospice care center the weekend before Thanksgiving. (You can checkout Papa Bears cousin Devrie's blog for some pics. I didn't take my camera. ) We spent a lot of time visiting him. Papa Bear had a really hard time seeing his Grandpa this way. We knew we had to say our goodbyes, but saying goodbye is never easy. Grandpa would always tell me to be good, and so that it what I told him, to be good, and of course that I love him. Grandpa wouldn't talk much the last couple of days, but everything he needed to say, he did through his eyes, especially when he looked at Grandma. Grandpa and Grandma have the kind of love that every young girl dreams about, he adores her, and it is evident! Grandpa loved to see the kids the last few days and was so cute when he held Oaklie's hand. It was one of those internal photographs that I will never delete. Grandpa passed away on Sunday, November 30th. We love you grandpa!
